- Pricing starts at $40-$45 per yard for basic services.
- Basic Services include: Leaf removal, shaping of bushes, pre/post emergent weed treatment, pruning of bushes, 2 fertilizations of flower beds, pruning of ground cover, tree base suckers, weed tree wells, 2 seasonal color changes per year, deadhead pruning, 1 mulching of office per year, removal of trash in common areas, blowing walkways, spraying for weeds on walkways and paths. Sprinkler heads found that are broken or busted will be replaced at no charge (up to 15 heads per year) during contract.
- We can include extra services to include:
- Spraying for fire ants in yards for residents.
- Extra weed control
- Door hangers for missed lawns to keep communication open between your office and the residents.
